Fiji - Wild Organic
Dark Roast
After a long interlude, Fiji is once again producing coffee from the islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. This coffee is characterised by bright acidity, a medium body, and notes of dark baker's chocolate, with hints of tropical fruit and flowers.

As well as classically renowned origins like Jamaica Blue Mountain and Panama, we specialise in coffees from tiny remote islands like St Helena and Pitcairn, to unusual origins not normally associated with coffee like Nepal and St Vincent. All our coffees are ethically sourced directly from farmers at origin.
